This information is ONLY for merchandise purchased either directly from the Sloane Ranger consumer website www.sloaneranger.com or through the Sloane Ranger retail catalog. If your item was purchased somewhere other than our website, you must contact the original place of purchase to make your claim.
At Sloane Ranger, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise, we carefully inspect each order prior to shipment to insure customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If we receive your return back at our warehouse within 14 days from when your order was originally placed it is eligible for a refund or exchange based on the information listed below. Returns received 15 days through 30 days after the original order was placed will be issued a refund as a store credit based on the information listed below. After 30 days your order is no longer eligible for any type of return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and show no signs of damage. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product has any signs of usage (i.e. perfume smell, deodorant marks, makeup stains, etc…) it will be refused and sent back to sender. No exceptions will be made.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Original Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Gift Cards, Items purchased at markdown prices, clearance items, items ending in $.99, orders purchased with a discount code that is final sale. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, no exceptions. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us for assistance immediately.
STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN
Step One: YOU MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO MAKING A RETURN FOR YOUR RMA: Phone: (800) 240-3222 OR International customers call: 1-(772) 219-7584 Monday-Friday 8am-5pm est. Email: email@example.com. You may also contact us using our chat feature on sloaneranger.com. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to return an item. Your RMA number must be marked clearly on the outside of your return package.
We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to you as long as you meet our return conditions.
Returned merchandise should be shipped to the address listed on the packing list. This will be found in your original shipment. When returning via UPS, DHL, or FED EX, please be sure to obtain a tracking number for your reference. When returning via the Post office, be sure to request a delivery confirmation. In all cases, be sure to insure the package for the full value including shipping.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Returns will be refunded based on the original merchandise purchase price and will be refunded to the original method of payment. All returns are processed within a week of receipt. We reserve the right to exchange or replace with a similar valued product. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they arrived defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or call (800) 240-3222.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OR ARISING BY CUSTOM OR TRADE USAGE AND, SPECIFICALLY, MAKE NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, INDEMNITIES AND GUARANTEES WITH RESPECT TO THE MERCHANDISE ARE HEREBY SUPERSEDED, EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED. THE EXPRESS WARRANTY CONTAINED IN PARAGRAPH 1 HEREIN CONSTITUTES THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY MADE BY US AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE SAME IN ADVANCE.
